About the role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will support delivery of the Vantify marketing plan across all areas of marketing. You will contribute to wider brand and campaign activity, helping to deliver content, events and digital marketing initiatives as part of a collaborative team.  

In addition, the role has a strong focus on CRM, targeted email campaigns and customer journey optimisation, playing a key part in how we engage and retain both new and existing audiences. 

Working closely with the wider marketing team, the successful candidate will contribute to the execution of campaigns and delivery of key marketing activities that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement and brand awareness. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on marketing experience who’s eager to focus on lifecycle marketing and personalised communications, while supporting broader marketing initiatives. 

 

What you’ll be getting up to

  • Support the achievement of MQL, SQL, and sales pipeline targets.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of campaigns across digital, content, events and social media. 
  • Create and execute targeted email communications to generate leads and to nurture existing clients. 
  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, ensuring content is used effectively to personalise the customer experience across segments and journeys.
  • Report monthly on key marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Assist in creation and coordination of marketing materials from landing pages, brochures design assets supporting campaign delivery as needed.

  • Demonstrate experience in writing marketing communications and using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo).
  • Possess knowledge or experience in using Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • Have strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing drives business outcomes.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hold a degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related commercial field.
  • Have hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

  • Salary: £30,000 per annum 
  • Location: Home based with some need to travel to meet with colleagues on occasion in one of our UK offices (no more than once a month)
